Prior to obtaining his Master's degree from SCI-ARC, Tim worked in the construction industry for over 15 years. This experience brings a high level of building knowledge to the practice and helps to ensure that the architectural plans, construction documents, and budgets coincide.

 

Tim also specializes in dealing with the Santa Monica building department and the multiple additional requirements it imposes on projects within its jurisdiction.
